About Dr. Chang
After spending the past few years in private practice in Albany and Buffalo, Dr. Chang joined the practice of Progressive Implantology & Periodontics. Dr. Chang is committed to treating patients with the utmost respect and takes a conservative approach to oral surgery. He works closely with your referring dentist to achieve optimal health. Dr. Chang brings extensive experience in dental implantology and wisdom tooth removal. In addition, he brings expertise in IV sedation, major bone and soft tissue grafting, preprosthetic surgery, biopsy, and benign jaw cyst removal.
