Cone-beam computed tomography is used to analyze your underlying bone structure, nerves, and sinus cavities and meticulously plan implant placement. Healing after dental implant surgery depends on the number of implants placed, bone quality, and compliance with aftercare. Typically, the implant’s fusion with the underlying jawbone through Osseointegration takes 4-6 months. Healing may take longer due to additional tooth extractions, bone grafting, pre-existing conditions, or complications.
Once your mouth has healed and your implants have fused with your jawbone, you will return to your dentist for the placement of your final restoration. This permanent restoration will complete your new smile, providing functionality and aesthetics! If you do not have a general dentist, we will craft and place the final restoration for you, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience.
